Our photographer will meet you at the property, take the necessary photos and your tour will be published on Home Sweet Tours website usually the next day. Your tour can
be linked to from any website and the internet address displayed on your brochure, flyer, in print ads or emailed to a prospect.
Your tour will also be uploaded to Realtor.com and Metrolist's real estate database. The MLS database is the starting point for getting your property connected with a
multitude of realtor websites that show property listings.
If you are working with a real estate agent he or she will be able to help you get your property shown. If you need help finding a real estate agent the
California Association of Realtors can help.

Tips for a great Virtual Tour
Plan to devote an hour for the photographer to work - each 360 degree spin requires 5-10 minutes including setup and the still photos take about 15 minutes.
Have your house ready - a staged or empty house shows better than a home decorated with a style that might not suit a prospective buyer. A typical display of
furniture and a few wall hangings are ideal. Caulking and painting are critical to presenting a 'move-in ready' home. Something unnoticed to the owner
can easily catch the eye of someone looking at the home for the first time.
Tidy up the property - a pile of garbage or old burn spot or any kind of a mess outdoors doesn't show well and should be taken care of before the photographer
